Ordering more than one item? Even better! We’ll bundle them together into one delightful video.

Once you’ve placed your order and selected the packing video add-on, simply send us an email with your order number. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours with your estimated date.

We’re aware of an issue where there isn’t a visible Remove button in the shopping basket.

To remove an item:

1. Tap the Quantity drop-down menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select More.
3. Delete the number in the box so it’s left blank.
4. The item will then be removed from your basket.
